TOURISM – Organised a Center for middle class Tourism at Khandala.
“Gharkul Kendra” (operated during 1949 to 1953).
He intended to run a Residential School. Sustained loss in Gharkul& closed it after 4 years.


ENCYCLOPEDIA – For School Children. Intended 12 Volumes.Published only two. Both were prize wining volumes of the years 1962 & 1964. Volume 3 was ready but could not be published due to prohibitive production cost & his deteriorating health on account of advancing age. Ultimately he had to abandon the scheme officially and led a retired life in Dadar Mumbai.
